This kit includes a limited edition Blood Orange Campari Marmalade. Our late founder Kevin Gallagher was a master of preserves, and this was one of his most beloved recipes. In tribute to our dear Kevin, his wife and co-founder, Executive Chef Donna Dooher ran a very small batch to share this special recipe, just for this moment. Perfect on our scones and biscuits, and a celebration for toast everywhere. This one's for you, Kev ❤️
