Mildred's Pantry ships across Canada with Canada Post, FedEx or UPS. However, frozen products and alcohol cannot be shipped and so are only available for pickup and through our limited local delivery program. We're working to change this in the future!

Restaurant Pickup

All items can be ordered for pickup from our restaurant during operating hours. We typically require 4 hours to prepare your order, you will receive a notification by email or text when it is ready for pickup at 85 Hanna Av Toronto. Please have your email receipt available when you arrive.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery in the Greater Toronto Area:

• We currently service the following area/postal codes for local delivery
• Rate is calculated depending on how far from our restaurant you are located
• Free shipping over $150
• Delivery runs are typically done Wednesday-Friday
• Order cutoff is the previous day at 3pm
• You will get a text or email when the box is dropped off, please bring it inside as soon as possible
• Holiday delivery days may differ

Ontario Shipping

• Free shipping over $150
  
• Rates are for express or standard, option is presented at takeout
• We cannot ship or frozen items or alcohol
• Order are typically packed and shipped the next business day
• Shipping is through FedEx or Canada Post

Canada Shipping (outside Ontario)

• Shipping cost is quoted by the carrier at checkout
