Donna Dooher is the celebrated chef and co-founder of Mildred’s, a Toronto institution that helped put brunch on the map. Her career spans acclaimed restaurants, award-winning cookbooks and Food Network’s Cookworks, seen in more than 60 countries.

A former Chair and CEO of Restaurants Canada and a devoted champion of local food, Donna brings decades of experience, candid storytelling and quick wit to the stage. From cooking demonstrations to conversations about entrepreneurship, women in hospitality and Canada’s food culture, she has plenty to bring to the table.
