Mother's Day is May 12, 2024! It's the busiest day of the year for Mildred's and many other restaurants in Toronto and beyond. If you’re considering joining us for Mother’s Day Brunch here are a few tips, to make sure Mom's day is as pan-tastic as she is.
1. Brunch is Served on a First-Come, First-Serve Basis
Reservations are not available for weekend Brunch. When you arrive at the restaurant, you will be placed on the waitlist.
2. Prepare to Line-up
The lineup starts early and remains steady throughout the day. We recommend that you send a scout ahead to get a spot on the list. Once you’re placed on the waitlist, you can let the rest of your group know how long the wait may be. Be mindful that in order to be seated, everyone in your group must be present.
3. A prix fixe menu is served on Mother’s Day Brunch featuring many of Mildred’s favourites (and yes pancakes too!)
Click here to see our Mother’s Day $36 Prix Fixe. and special drinks for the day. There are dishes for the wee ones too.
4. Make a Day Out of It
If you're not able to make the first group of seating, simply put your name on the waitlist and venture around. We'll send you a text when your table is nearly ready. There are many things to discover and explore in our home, Liberty Village. Here's a few of our favourite spots in the ‘hood:
- West Elm, EQ3: Steps and a leap away from Mildred’s, filled with all of the pretty knick knacks, decor
- Kitchen Stuff Plus: There's always a good deal going on!
- Winners: It is Mother's Day right? Bring her over to her favourite place. You already know she'll spend at least an hour in here.
- Starbucks, Balzac's, Tim Hortons: Enjoy a good cup of coffee, tea or whatever your heart desires
5. Getting Here
Well hidden in the heart of Liberty Village at 84 Hanna Avenue, finding Mildred’s can be an adventure. We're right below Goodlife. Are you next to the Starbucks? Go through the doors to the left of the Starbucks, walk straight to the other side of the building, turn right, and the smell of pancakes will lure you in.
